Warranty Service Requests
In your closing package, you received a Warranty Service Request form to mail or fax into our office. You can also email a warranty request online. Should you experience the need for warranty service, we hope that you will find the following procedures helpful:
Kitchen Appliance Warranties (Stove, range, dishwasher, etc.) are carried solely by the appliance manufacturer, not the builder. Reference the appropriate appliance literature for warranty terms and customer service telephone numbers. Be prepared to give the model and serial numbers of the appliance as well as your closing date on your home.
Fill out the Warranty Service Request Form, providing all of the information that is requested. You can help us serve you better by providing complete information, including:
Name, Address, Lot number, Subdivision, Home telephone number,
A daytime telephone number
A complete description of the problem. (For example: “Guest-bath cold water line leaks under sink” rather than “Water leaks.”)
Submit Warranty Service Request Form.

Please do not give the request to the Builder or Sales Manager in your subdivision. We cannot accept verbal requests or requests submitted without the proper Warranty Service Request form.
Upon receipt, our Customer Service Administrator will acknowledge your Warranty Service Request via phone. This call will also inform you of the date that the request will be issued to the field. Shortly after this issuance date, the builder will contact you to set an appointment to review your request. Subsequent repair work will be scheduled following this assessment.
During the Assessment and Review Meeting, the builder will go over each item with you. If the item is home maintenance, we will review the maintenance steps with you and offer whatever informational assistance we can. Venture Homes does not provide routine home maintenance.
Following the assessment and review meeting, the Builder will schedule necessary repair work. Please understand that some repair work may require more than one day to complete.
When all work is completed as agreed at the assessment and review meeting, the builder will ask for your signature of acceptance to close out the Warranty Service Request. Please inspect all repairs for compliance with this agreement before signing. If you have a question or concern, please ask your builder for resolution before signing.
Your completed and signed Warranty Service Request is filed in your permanent house file.
